• If sent home with materials for gnome making, can you be responsible for those materials and ensure they stay in clean, undamaged condition?
• Are you willing to sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the trademark of the Gulfport Gnome?

Production Assistant Duties:

1-Cut fabric 

• Trace then cut fabric triangles by using the official Gulfport Gnome™ template

2-Cut faux fur

• Using specific measurements, carefully cut faux fur for the beard

3-Fill fannies

• Using a specific measurement, fill fabric with organic polly pellets 

4-Gnome assembly

• Carefully assemble each gnome using a specific formula.
• $2.00 for each gnome assembled
• Gnome assembly takes 6-10 minutes, depending on experience

Special Notes to take into consideration:

Please understand that you need to deliver the highest quality work in order to be paid. 

​The measurements need to be exact and the cuts needs to be straight.  Most importantly, the gnomes need to be assembled correctly in order to be retail ready. If you are interested in joining the team because it seems to be easy money, you are right about that but there is a learning curve and you must take pride in your work so the magic of every gnome shines through!
