When the holiday season is finally over and all the decorations are put away, I am usually left with a mantle of lonely cinnamon smelling pine cones. So with many months of winter ahead - before the next season of decor goes on the mantle and in the tiered tray, I crafted up this adorable SO COZY decor and turned it into a gift set!

Read below to learn the supplies I used to make all the pieces and parts of this gift - if you have no patience for DIY and no craft room full of supplies, CLICK HERE to see this gift set in my Etsy shop.

Basswood - cut to 3x4”
Color block painted with Mossy Green acrylic

Almond and Fern colored card stock cut to 3x4” and 2.75”x3.75”.
Stamp So Cosy with Espresso colored ink.
Card stock, inks and stamp set from Close to my Heart. My shopping link: https://shelly.closetomyheart.com/
They offer the stamp in the British English version (So Cosy) or the American/Canadian version So Cozy. Both spellings are correct. No right or wrong - go with what makes you happy! ❤️

Cricut cut pine cones and pine stems - then assemble with adhesive.

With your envelope maker, cut a 6”x6” piece of cardstock and score at 2 5/8” to make the envelope. I used Espresso colored card stock.

Cut a 4x6” piece of daisy white cardstock and score in the middle to make the card. Stamp pine cones and greenery using the ‘Spruced Up’ stamp set from Close to my Heart. (Available for a limited time)

Sending a smile is a stamp set that is no longer available but you could add any sentiment using any stamp you have on hand.

Add a bow made of New England Ivy burlap ribbon - with your glue gun!

I created this mini gnome using soft fuzzy yard and a toilet paper roll for the hat, faux fur for the beard and a wood nose. Glue gun for assembly. It is 4.5” tall from bottom of beard to top of pom pom hat. Someday I’ll get around to a video tutorial.
